Vacation Bible School 2026 – Illumination Station

Summer is almost here, and that means it’s time for Vacation Bible School at Pidcoke Baptist Church! This year’s theme is Illumination Station, where we’ll be “Shining a Light on Who Jesus Really Is” as we learn from John 8:12.

VBS will take place Monday through Friday, July 13–17, from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM each evening. It’s going to be an exciting week packed with Bible lessons, music, games, crafts, snacks, and plenty of fun—all centered on helping children grow in their understanding of God’s love.

Jesus said:

“I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will never walk in darkness, but will have the light of life.”

– John 8:12

At Illumination Station, kids will discover what it means for Jesus to be the Light of the World and how His love shines into every part of our lives. Through engaging activities and meaningful lessons, they’ll learn more about God’s amazing grace and His plan for each of us.

This is a wonderful opportunity for children to learn about God and His great love in a safe, welcoming, and fun environment. We encourage everyone in our church family to begin praying now for this event—for the children who attend, for the volunteers who serve, and for lives to be changed through the Gospel.

Most of all, invite your neighbor kids to come! VBS is one of the best ways to introduce children to Jesus and help them build lasting friendships along the way.
